Yes, yes… I can’t believe it’s April already. I don’t want to turn eighteen yet! I want to wait til I look and feel nice and can properly celebrate it, lol. Luckily, my appetite has come back. If it sticks around, I’ll probably see if we can get some sushi take out or something while in Florida… That would be neato.

I’m still pretty exhausted, so I’ll probably be trying to sleep on the plane, if possible. We’re going to be in the “a” section, so we’ll get first picks of the seats, lol. I’ll bring the digital cam so I can take pictures of take offs, landings, and Florida in general. I’ve never broken the digital camera before, so I’m keeping my fingers crossed.

My dad’s trying to get a referral from the general practitioner to the endocrinologist. They said they’d call back, but the nurse thinks we shouldn’t have a problem getting the referral.  I hope not. Either way, I’ll have to wait until after the 9th, the day I fly back, to see the doc, and then it’ll probably take a number of weeks to get the test results back. Ugh.

I think my Minocycline antibiotic might be behind my nausea, but I want to stick with it for at least a month if I can, since it’s one of the few treatments that can really help my face and eye symptoms. I’ll know after four weeks whether it works or not. I think I’ve been on it for 9 days now. Longer than I thought, wow. Time flies!
